Terms & Conditions

Welcome:

These terms and conditions are a contract between us at Echolands Valley Lodge and you our Guests. They are written as a fair and reasonable agreement between all parties

The Lodge:

Check in: 2pm

Check out: 10am

Please be respectful of these times

House Rules:

• No Parties or Major Events
• No Smoking inside the House
• No Pets
• No throwing smoke butts, bottle caps, bread, scraps or any rubbish around the section, amongst the gardens or over the fences.
• No Excessive Noise.
• Always stay inside the section
• Remove dirty footwear inside
• Please keep cooking aromas to a minimum
• You are welcome to use the BBQ – we ask you leave it in the condition you found it
• We offer to take one bag of rubbish away, any excess or any empty bottles we kindly ask you to dispose of.

Vehicles:

There is plenty of parking, we ask you just keep off the lawn

Cancelation:

We request 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations to avoid a non-refundable nights accommodation.

Bookings:

On Bookings we ask for full payment to be made before you arrive – unless otherwise arranged.

Extra Fees:

In the event that any property belonging to Echolands Valley Lodge is either damaged or missing, we will charge you at the market rate of getting any repairs or replacements done

If any keys are lost, we will charge a $25 fee for replacement

If any excess rubbish is left including bottles, we will charge a minimum fee of $50

Requirements:

If you feel the need to move furniture around during your stay, you are welcome to do this, we just ask that you return it to how you found it when you arrived.

This Lodge is a home, and we ask that you respect it while during your stay
